Payment details are required prior to supply of your login access,  with the charge being processed at the time of supply. All payments are required to be made by visa or Mastercard credit card by way of a ''secure form' made available for the secure transfer of this information.

New Zealand based subscribers will be charged goods and services tax with a tax invoice supplied to them.
Overseas subscriptions are not subject to New Zealand GST and hosts may request a tax free invoice for their records. Proof of 'overseas' status will be required in the form of an overseas address and phone number that may be verified.

One month prior to expiry the host will be advised by e-mail of the imminent expiry and requested to re-subscribe by the expiry date. Failure to re-subscribe will result in the calendar arrangement being terminated. It is the hosts responsibility to advise of any change in contact details.

In the event of any cessation of the service  by Gateway Availability or its hosting company a refund of the subscription amount will be made on a pro-rata basis of the portion unused. Refunds will only be made back to the credit card against which the original charge was made.

In the event of a host  terminating  their calendar supply arrangement prior to the expiry of their subscription the balance of the subscription will be non-refundable.

The operators of Gateway Availability supply the hosts with a calendar system where web hosting is provided by a major telecommunications company.
Gateway Availability undertakes to maintain the Gateway Availability system for the benefit of its subscribers within the availability of the hosting platform to the World Wide Web. Short term interruptions of these systems attributable to the web hosting provider may be experienced on rare occasions  and are beyond the control of Gateway Availability and no liability will be accepted, for such interruptions, by Gateway Availability.

Maintenance and updates to the system may also create short term interruptions, but by nature of their necessity, these shall be deemed to be a critical element in the continuation of an ongoing system and not a breach of supply by Gateway Availability.

Subscribers wishing to link to the availability system directly from their own website agree to include the Gateway Logo link and attached HTML code, provided to them, in order to provide access to their availability calendars.
