HOW IT WORKS

For the guest:
The potential guest selects a month of stay and is given the calendar that displays the availability for that month. Month selection is by drop-down box and the month is easily changed.

For the hosts:
You are given your own calendar system for multiple years (to 2014 at present) also a user name and password.
The host has a 'simple to use' editing page where you can change the status of any given day from 'available' to 'booked'. Available shows a clear day, booked shows a red box.
There is a third option "Special" that can be used to specify discount or surcharge periods.
Two types of calendar are available for examples go to CALENDAR OPTIONS

OPTIONS / COST

One calendar - for stand alone properties such as a holiday house or an apartment.

Or, if you have multiple units, you may wish to use one calendar only to indicate that all units are fully booked. This also gives you the opportunity to 'upsell' or 'price match' your various units.
Calendar Price per annum NZD$55 (plus GST for New Zealand Hosts)

Multi-unit calendars - these are linear calendars for up to six unit or room types, such as a B & B, cluster of cottages or units.
Calendar Price per annum NZD$75 (plus GST for New Zealand Hosts)

SET - UP

Upon receipt of your registration and payment your calendar will be available to you for its initial set-up. All dates are supplied with an initial value of 'available' so you just need to change the status of those days that are 'booked'.
The final step is to add a link from your site to your visitors calendar page hosted by Gateway Availability.
We will provide the hyperlink details to you.
